For the next 3 months Kitchissippi United Church will be offering a monthly mindfulness stress reduction meditation workshop led by Peter Black . Mr. Black has studied under John Kabot Zinnwho developed this practice to help people better cope with the challenges they face in daily living.
These workshops will happen Tues, April 19, May 17 and June 21 at 10:15 am to 11:45 am in the Sanctuary. A freewill offering will be collected at each gathering to cover costs. For more information contact Robert Bigras at firstname.lastname@example.org or 819-770-5853.
